Objevo builds the AI operating system for service agencies — consultancies, creative agencies, law firms, accountancies, and similar knowledge-work businesses.
We build it one workflow at a time. Each module ships in four weeks at a fixed price. The client decides what comes next, and when. Over time, those modules compound into an AI operating system that runs the agency's operations.
The problem we solve: skilled knowledge workers — consultants, account managers, project leads — spend 8–15 hours per week on repetitive tasks like lead triage, status reporting, data extraction, and client onboarding. That is expensive and demoralising. Objevo removes that work with AI workflows the team can run themselves, with human approval built in at every client-facing step.

Step 2 — Discovery Sprint (1 week · fixed price): Deep-dive into the chosen process. Outputs: production-ready workflow blueprint, integration map, agreed scope and criteria. Discovery criteria become the Implementation guarantee benchmark.
Step 3 — Implementation Sprint (3 weeks · fixed price): Build, test, document, train and hand over a live workflow module. If criteria agreed in Discovery are not met, the Implementation fee is refunded in full.
Step 4 — Hand-over (30 days included): SOP documentation, team training, and 30 days of support. Add the next module when ready.

- Clients add the next module when they are ready. Each follows the same process and price structure.
If the Implementation Sprint does not meet the criteria agreed during Discovery, Objevo refunds the Implementation fee in full. No negotiation. The criteria are written, agreed and measurable before any build starts.
Approvals stay with the client. Every client-facing step waits for a human. Drafts queue in Slack, Notion or the client's inbox. The workflow does the boring work. The team keeps the judgement.
Default stack: n8n (workflow automation platform) and Claude by Anthropic (AI/LLM). Scoped one module at a time. If a client's existing stack is a better fit, Objevo adapts to it.

What does the guarantee cover? If implementation does not meet Discovery criteria, we refund the Implementation fee in full.
Do I need technical knowledge? No. You need someone who knows the process. Build, testing, and training are on us.
What tools do you use? Default is n8n and Claude. If your existing stack fits better, we use it.
Will the workflow send things to clients without me checking? No. Anything client-facing waits for your approval. Drafts queue in Slack, Notion or your inbox. You decide what goes out.
