Will it work with our CRM or ATS?
Yes. We build on n8n and Claude by default and connect into the tools you already use — Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, RecruitCRM and similar — or adapt to your existing stack if it fits better.
Will the workflow contact candidates or clients without us checking?
No. Anything client- or candidate-facing waits for your approval. Drafts queue in Slack, your inbox or Notion, and you decide what goes out.
How long until something is live?
Each module ships in four weeks: one week of Discovery, three weeks of Implementation. You add the next workflow when you're ready.
What does it cost?
Each module is a fixed price, fixed scope engagement — no retainers, no hidden costs. Exact pricing is shared on the free Lost Hours Map call. If implementation doesn't meet the criteria agreed in Discovery, the fee is refunded in full.
