This page explains how Objevo collects, stores and uses your personal data. It is written for clarity, not for legal cover. A formal version is being prepared by legal counsel.
Who we are
Objevo is operated by Ioana Costinas, registered in Romania, serving business clients internationally with a primary focus on the United Kingdom. Contact: ioana@objevo.com.
What we collect
- Name, email address and company name when you book a Lost Hours Map or email us directly.
- Booking details (date, time, chosen slot) handled through our scheduling provider, Calendly.
- Any information you share during a Lost Hours Map, Discovery Sprint, or Implementation engagement.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for site analytics and security.
How we use it
- To run the Lost Hours Map call you booked and follow up with notes.
- To deliver paid Discovery and Implementation engagements.
- To send occasional service emails directly related to your project.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (invoicing, tax records).
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Where it is stored
Project data is stored inside the workflow tools we agree with you at the start of a project (for example n8n, Notion, your own Google Workspace or similar). Operational records sit in standard business systems based in the EU and the UK. Sub-processors include Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and storage), and Stripe or a Romanian bank (payments).
How long we keep it
Project records are kept for up to ten years to meet Romanian accounting requirements. Booking and email enquiries are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
As a business established in Romania, we process personal data under the EU GDPR. If you are based in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR also applies. If you are based elsewhere, your local data protection law may apply in addition. Under these laws you have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email ioana@objevo.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
